Nursery Teacher (FS1 / FS2)

Overview

Peergrowth is inviting applications for a committed Nursery Teacher to join a well-established nursery in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on early years education, primarily FS1 and FS2 classes, with an emphasis on a nurturing, child-centered approach. The candidate will work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to foster holistic development in young children.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans that adhere to the EYFS curriculum standards.
• Adopt a child-centered learning philosophy and utilize in-the-moment planning techniques.
• Facilitate children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Carry out ongoing observations, assessments, and documentation of each child's progress.
• Maintain a secure, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Engage in transparent communication with parents about their children's learning milestones and development.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and nursery staff to support daily educational activities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related disciplines.
• Completed CACHE Level 3 certification or an equivalent qualification recognized by MOFA with attestation.
• At least two years of professional experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teacher.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing the EYFS framework.
• Proven expertise in embracing child-led learning approaches and dynamic in-the-moment planning.
