Overview

We are seeking qualified and empathetic nursing professionals including ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing graduates to deliver excellent patient care while supporting doctors and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid clinical knowledge, strong communication, and responsible patient management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assistance to patients according to medical directives.
• Continuously monitor vital signs and overall health status of patients.
• Carry out administration of medications, injections, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during consultations, medical procedures, and emergency situations.
• Accurately maintain patient records, nursing observations, and other medical documentation.
• Perform wound care and other routine nursing tasks efficiently.
• Detect and report any health status changes in patients promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene standards, and follow infection control procedures rigorously.
• Educate patients and their families about medication regimes, dietary requirements, and basic health care practices.
• Respond to emergencies swiftly with proper action.
• Maintain and monitor medical equipment and supply availability.
• Adhere strictly to hospital policies and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Possession of ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing certification from recognized institutions.
• Must be registered with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced nurses alike.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach with readiness for shift work.

Additional Information

Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. This full-time position requires availability for day and night shifts. Freshers are encouraged to apply, although preference may be given to candidates with prior experience.

Compensation

Salary ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 42,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.
