NursyMates Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated nurses to join their home care service team. The nurses will deliver professional healthcare directly in patients' residences, prioritizing their safety, dignity, and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing services to patients within their homes.
• Continuously monitor patients’ health status, vital signs, and overall progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Support patients in post-hospitalization recovery processes.
• Keep precise and detailed records of patient health and care procedures.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Uphold hygiene, safety protocols, and infection control measures in the home setting.
• Coordinate care activities with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Nursing such as B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or ANM from a recognized educational institution.
• Freshers are eligible to apply; however, candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in hospital or home healthcare are preferred.
• Valid registration with the Indian Nursing Council or respective State Nursing Council is required.

Employment Details

• Job Types available: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent positions.
• Expected working hours range from 70 to 140 hours weekly.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range between ₹30,000 and ₹55,000.
