Job description
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Non IT Recruiter to join our team in Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records to meet daily and monthly hiring targets. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using multiple recruitment platforms.
- Perform initial candidate calls and interviews to assess suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain updated records of candidates and recruitment processes.
- Continuously follow up with candidates during the recruitment lifecycle.
- Achieve recruitment goals set on a daily and monthly basis.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing methods.
- Capability to work efficiently towards targets and within deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
Additional Information
Work Location: Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru
Salary Range: Up to ₹25,000 per month, with actual package depending on experience and skills.
