Non IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience, especially within US staffing or recruitment domains, to join our Hyderabad-based team. This is a full-time onsite position with working hours from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Possess between 4 to 5+ years of recruitment experience focusing on Non-IT roles across different job functions and industry sectors.
• Demonstrate expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, databases, employee referrals, and other avenues.
• Have a solid understanding of Non-IT candidate profiles and the associated job responsibilities.
• Exhibit strong skills in candidate screening, effective communication, diligent follow-ups, and negotiating offers.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Work independently to consistently achieve recruitment and candidate submission targets.
• Prior experience in US recruitment or staffing is considered advantageous.
• Show exceptional attention to detail with excellent candidate relationship management.
