About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated NOC Support Engineer to join SVN SYSTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED based in Mumbai. This role involves continuous monitoring and reacting to network alarms and incidents to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and promptly address alarms, incidents, and service requests to reduce downtime and maintain uninterrupted business functions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot, and apply effective solutions.
- Create and update documentation including incident resolution protocols, procedures, and knowledge base materials.
- Deliver 24/7 NOC support by participating in rotational shift schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years experience in alarm monitoring or related sectors such as IT services and consulting.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, operate proficiently with Windows and Linux environments, and understand basic computer hardware components.
- Exhibit resilience and problem-solving skills to effectively manage high-pressure scenarios.
Eligibility
