Night Shift Customer Assistant

As a night shift Customer Assistant, you'll be key in keeping our stores efficient and welcoming by bringing energy to a busy work environment, collaborating with your team and ensuring customers receive everything they expect from us daily.

Essential Application Criteria

• Must hold legal Right to Work status in the UK
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to night hours and handling of restricted goods

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for the upcoming day by replenishing shelves and maintaining consistent pace throughout overnight hours, handling a variety of products
• Keep your work area orderly and maintain clean, presentable aisles for customers the following day
• Safely transport stock from the warehouse to the sales floor, including moving heavy items and equipment
• Operate across different store sections, which may involve chilled and frozen goods areas
• Utilize tools such as equipment, handsets, and digital systems to perform tasks accurately and safely
• Support other store functions as needed, including online order picking and checkout duties once trained and confident
