• Provide detailed knowledge of the hotel’s features, including room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist guests effectively.
• Use persuasive up-selling methods to highlight hotel services and amenities, thereby increasing room and service revenue.
• Address guest requests promptly, resolve any concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications and messages efficiently.
