Night Manager

Role Overview

The Hilton Dublin seeks a Night Manager to lead the Front Office Night Team during overnight hours, ensuring team readiness and informed service delivery to provide guests with an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all night operations maintaining exceptional standards
• Support Front of House Manager in assessing guest satisfaction and identifying improvement areas
• Act as contact point for frequent and significant guests
• Perform all Night Audit functions
• Optimize room occupancy at premium rates, utilizing up-selling strategies for hotel amenities
• Follow correct procedures for handling foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash aligned with hotel credit policies
• Execute security and emergency protocols, taking charge when necessary
• Provide thorough handover reports to incoming early shift teams
• Participate in and contribute to training programs for the Night Team
• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel offerings, pricing, policies, and local area information
• Adhere to procedures when operating front of house tools and property management systems
• Conduct health and safety inspections and nightly property walkthroughs
• Stay aware of overall hotel conditions and statuses throughout the night

• Prior experience supervising Front Office operations in hotel, leisure, or retail environments
