We are searching for a poised and guest-centric Reception Host Leader to take charge of welcoming guests at Point A Hotels, Parnell Street location in Dublin. This role demands ensuring every visitor experiences a warm greeting and a smooth, efficient front desk service.
Key Duties
You will play a pivotal role by exemplifying excellent service at reception, managing shifts effectively, addressing guest concerns confidently, and maintaining high hospitality standards throughout each shift. Collaboration with management is essential to support daily scheduling, adherence to procedures, and guiding the team during busy periods to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
