Nexthink Administrator

Overview

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking to recruit a dedicated Nexthink Administrator based in Bangalore with 10 to 15 years of experience. This role requires expertise in managing the Nexthink platform within large enterprise environments, including backend and console operations, as well as data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on administration of the Nexthink environment covering backend/server management and console operations.
• Manage analytics functions to support enterprise digital experience measurement.
• Integrate and extend Nexthink platform capabilities through REST APIs.
• Support endpoint environments across both Windows and macOS platforms.
• Develop and use PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate and extend platform functions.
• Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, including incident and problem management.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable digital experience metrics and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards when designing investigations and reports.
• Work independently while collaborating and seeking guidance from senior colleagues as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with relevant teams.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Certification as a Nexthink Administrator is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing the Nexthink platform in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with enterprise Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash scripting languages.
• Experience developing REST API integrations to enhance platform functionalities.
• Basic knowledge of ITSM principles including incident and problem resolution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance aspects related to digital investigations and reporting.
