Role Overview
The Network Analyst develops and implements product strategies and roadmaps aimed at maximizing market segment penetration. This role involves managing existing product lines continuously, including collaboration with partners, conducting assessments for new ideas, and delivering design specifications for product enhancements alongside Product Development teams. Additionally, the analyst defines both business and technical requirements and liaises with technical teams and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and enhance platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor existing product performance, provide constructive feedback, manage change control approval processes, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with customer teams, external clients, and third-party vendors to create product strategies and identify potential enhancements for current offerings.
- Design and execute programs and initiatives through the Go-To-Market framework aimed at boosting card issuance in established and new markets.
- Participate actively in generating ideas, validating concepts, developing business cases, and occasionally undertaking financial modeling and planning.
- Implement business plans that emphasize the value and profitability of Mastercard acceptance.
- Refine and advance the product-marketing strategy throughout the product life cycle from inception to maturation.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional, and sales activities to achieve defined objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Between 5 to 8 years of related experience, preferably including at least two years in a managerial role.
- Substantial background in new product development.
- Strong competencies in business, market, and financial analysis, along with proven project management capabilities.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Effective communication and coordination with both internal and external business stakeholders.
- Robust business acumen and an aptitude for delivering solutions beneficial to customers and Mastercard alike.
- Self-driven with a demonstrated history of achieving success in a collaborative team environment.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Position requires occasional travel.
- Based in a general office environment.
Corporate Security Responsibilities
- Compliance with Mastercard’s security policies and procedures is mandatory.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all accessed information.
- Prompt reporting of any suspected security breaches or violations.
- Completion of all required periodic security trainings as per Mastercard guidelines.
