Position Overview

The Business Technology team delivers robust tools to enhance team performance by streamlining and scaling solutions. We focus on managing systems predictably for scalability, resilience, and performance while supporting internal applications essential to business growth.

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will own and enhance our NetSuite platform to support an expanding multinational company. You will engage in daily administration, configuration, and development of the NetSuite environment, driving system adaptability amid rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily administration and maintenance of NetSuite and related systems, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
• Manage user permissions, roles, and profiles in alignment with ITIL processes and compliance standards.
• Lead change management initiatives including documentation, communication, implementation, and impact evaluation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other teams to convert business requirements into scalable, tailored system configurations.
• Maintain internal tools and improve NetSuite modules consistent with business processes.
• Create custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
• Design and optimize workflows, automation scripts, and cross-departmental process efficiencies.
• Manage data migration, transformation, and quality assurance activities.
• Build customized dashboards and reporting tools for various organizational levels.
• Perform testing and quality assurance of system enhancements ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
• Keep up-to-date with ERP and NetSuite best practices to identify enhancement and upgrade opportunities.
• Train end users and provide documentation to facilitate platform adoption.
• Work with IT Operations to resolve incidents and system issues promptly.
• Assess and communicate IT General Controls gaps, coordinating with internal audit and third-party reviewers.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• At least 5 years of solid experience administering NetSuite and providing operational and functional support, especially for Finance & Accounting applications.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and their integration with complex business workflows.
• Preferred experience integrating with systems such as Salesforce CPQ, Pigment, Aptitude, Stripe, and procurement tools.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript versions 1.0 and 2.0, JavaScript, and familiarity with RESTlet and SOAP APIs for custom builds and integrations.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating IT General Controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Salary and Work Culture

The role offers a competitive salary range of €65,000 to €127,000 annually.

We foster an in-office culture emphasizing collaboration, with core days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday designed to maximize team synergy.

Candidates must be genuinely based in or willing to relocate to Bochum, Germany, to work onsite.
