NET Developer / Team Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to lead and manage a team of developers at our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of scalable software solutions, guiding a small team of .NET coders, and ensuring projects meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of .NET developers, fostering growth and productivity.
• Develop, improve, and maintain software applications utilizing ASP.NET Core and .NET 6+ technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and promote best practices.
• Convert business needs into actionable technical tasks along with time estimates.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams, Product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Diagnose and address issues arising in the production environment promptly.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional experience ranging from 5 to 8 years in .NET and ASP.NET Core development environments.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ querying techniques.
• Competent understanding of SQL Server and database structuring principles.
• Familiarity with electronic correspondence systems is considered an advantage.
• Experience using version control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and track progress efficiently.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, Clean Architecture principles, and unit testing methods.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
