Role Overview

Mind Base Education seeks a Native Level English Teacher dedicated to empowering learners to communicate confidently and effectively in English. This role requires delivering dynamic, practical lessons tailored to varied proficiency levels and diverse nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and high-quality English lessons using a student-focused and communicative approach.
• Instruct General English, Spoken English, Business English, pronunciation, and communication techniques.
• Conduct exam preparation classes like IELTS and PTE where applicable and qualified.
• Lead one-on-one and group classes accommodating learners across CEFR levels.
• Evaluate students' English proficiency and define learning objectives accordingly.
• Design structured lesson plans and select fitting teaching materials and activities.
• Foster students' confidence in verbal communication for everyday and professional scenarios.
• Deliver instruction in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Offer consistent, constructive feedback to facilitate student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and learning outcomes.
• Adapt teaching methodologies and content to suit diverse learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment encouraging English practice.
• Utilize digital tools, multimedia, and interactive methods to enrich learning experiences.
• Provide customized English training to corporate clients as needed.
• Participate in placement assessments, trial lessons, and student evaluations.
• Attend academic meetings, professional training, and development activities.
• Uphold professional standards following Express English academic policies and procedures.
• Contribute feedback and suggestions for continuous enhancement of teaching quality and student engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Native or native-equivalent English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in English, Education, Linguistics, or a relevant field.
• Possession of recognized English teaching certification such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching English as a second language, ideally within institutes or training centers.
• Experience addressing adult learners from culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Comprehensive knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication techniques.
• Capability to instruct students across various English proficiency stages.
• Excellent classroom management, presentation, and student engagement abilities.
• Proficient with technology and online teaching platforms.
• Professional demeanor, approachable nature, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends as per class schedules.
