The role focuses on supporting a 7-month-old infant's development through hands-on, screen-free learning approaches, complementing the care offered by a stay-at-home mother.

Key Responsibilities and Personal Attributes

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Strong passion and genuine interest in infant care and early childhood education.
• Knowledge of or eagerness to implement Montessori educational principles.
• Previous experience as a nanny, professional babysitter, or early childhood educator for infants or toddlers.
• Demonstrated traits of reliability, compassion, and proactive initiative.
• Beneficial: Fluency in Russian to foster bilingual development in the child.
