PCS Media is a performance marketing and automation agency focused on helping businesses develop scalable customer acquisition strategies using paid advertising, sales funnels, automation, AI, and technology. The company engages in live client projects involving landing pages, websites, CRM systems, n8n automations, AI-driven workflows, and bespoke dashboards.
Role Overview
This internship involves working with automation, web development, and dashboard creation for both internal use and clients. Initially, this role is remote for 1 month, transitioning to on-site work thereafter, with possibilities for a long-term position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee automation workflows leveraging n8n.
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and additional tools.
- Develop landing pages tailored for advertising campaigns.
- Design and program client websites with modern web technologies.
- Build dynamic, responsive dashboards and internal utility tools.
- Employ frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Implement third-party APIs within websites and dashboards.
- Develop forms, lead tracking systems, and automate workflow processes.
- Diagnose and fix issues related to workflows, API connectivity, and integrations.
- Enhance existing websites and landing pages for optimized speed, responsiveness, and conversion rates.
- Utilize AI-based coding assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or Cursor to expedite development.
- Conduct thorough testing before deployment and maintain clear documentation of workflows and integrations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Experience or basic knowledge of n8n automation platform.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and REST API concepts.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor.
- Fundamental backend knowledge.
- Experience working with Google Sheets and handling JSON data.
- Responsive web design skills.

- Integration experience with WhatsApp APIs and AI APIs from providers like OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
- Background in developing SaaS dashboards.
Work Details and Compensation
The internship offers a stipend of ₹15,000 monthly. The first month requires remote work, followed by on-site work at the company's Delhi-NCR location. Exceptional interns may be considered for a full-time automation and development role at PCS Media.
