About the Role
WME, a leading global music and talent agency, is inviting motivated individuals to join their Music department in the Sydney office as an entry-level Music Central Assistant. This position involves supporting Agents and Assistants with various administrative and operational tasks essential to the department's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests and clients professionally
- Providing administrative support to Agents and Assistants, including managing correspondence and phone communications
- Responding to and tracking both physical and electronic mail
- Preparing reports and maintaining grids for organizational purposes
- Utilizing and understanding the PA territorial system, with an emphasis on international territories
- Managing PA applications such as Booking Slips, Itinerary, PA Web, Contacts, Connect, Phone Log, and Festival Database
- Entering client, buyer, and venue data into the company database
- Inputting offers into Booking Slips and preparing Offer Summaries accurately
- Understanding and managing ticket counts effectively
- Issuing and reviewing contracts, ensuring proper understanding of PA verbiage
- Fulfilling any additional duties assigned, including working flexible hours and covering shows when necessary
