Role Overview

We seek a creative Multimedia Designer with expertise in graphic design, video editing, and creation of social media-focused content. The candidate will develop visually compelling assets for various digital channels, ensure creative concepts are versatile across formats and placements, and produce engaging content that aligns with brand standards and platform-specific best practices.

Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong video editing capabilities using DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of motion dynamics, pacing, transitions, and tailored social media video editing.
• Excellent skills in visual composition, typography, layout design, and color grading.
• Experience crafting content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
• Capability to produce diverse formats including static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Experience working with bilingual content, specifically Arabic and English designs.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

Adaptation and Production Competencies

• Capability in transforming master creative assets into various formats and placements.
• Strong awareness of social media aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform-specific requirements.
• Skills to resize and optimize visual materials across different social platforms.
• Experience in adapting paid-media content while maintaining brand voice and messaging integrity.
• Competence in editing and repurposing existing video materials into platform-appropriate short cuts.
