Multimedia Assistant (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Multimedia Assistant to support AI projects by managing and preparing multimedia materials. This remote role is open to residents of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The assistant will be responsible for preparing items according to workflow steps, verifying file details for completeness and format usability, organizing related information and records, documenting completed tasks, and identifying any missing materials or unclear instructions for the team’s attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare multimedia items as assigned within the designated workflow.
• Verify that files meet detail requirements, are complete, and are formatted correctly.
• Manage related item information and track status records thoroughly.
• Document the completion of preparation work and any necessary follow-ups.
• Identify and report absent materials or ambiguous instructions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years and proficient English communication skills.
• Capability to organize multimedia files along with related task data.
• Attention to detail to ensure materials conform to written specifications.
• Possession of dependable high-speed internet and an appropriate home workspace.
• Prior experience supporting multimedia-related tasks is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

This position offers pay at a rate of US$18 per hour.
