Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered hearing care across several clinics.
• Maintain and enhance clinical standards and continuity for all locations within the region.
• Serve as a trusted clinical authority for customers and store personnel.
• Offer tailored recommendations utilizing the full product portfolio.
• Adapt working hours flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Travel between sites is intrinsic to the role and is fully supported.

Compensation and Benefits

• Approximate salary of £40,000, dependent on experience.
• Annual car allowance of £5,064 plus paid mileage for work-related travel.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• BSc degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
• Current HCPC registration is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification professional experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and commitment to continuing professional development.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness paired with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Possession of a full UK driving license and the availability of a personal vehicle for travel between sites.
