Job Overview

We seek a Multi Skilled Technician adept in managing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related maintenance tasks within facilities. This role involves installation, upkeep, and repair of critical systems to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and plumbing infrastructure across the facility.
• Manage electrical wiring, lighting setups, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and plumbing systems promptly.
• Install and test equipment and data ports as required.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests, complaints, and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to support efficient facility operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical maintenance and wiring practices.
• Skilled in plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC system maintenance.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of overall facility management principles.

• Educational qualification: Diploma or Graduate degree.
• Preferably holding an MST or Electrician license where applicable.
• Relevant work experience ranging from 1 to 4 years.
• Background in Facility Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality sectors is advantageous.
