About the Role

7-Eleven, a global leader with over 86,000 locations worldwide, is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join their team in New Philadelphia, OH. This role supports the operation of store equipment such as beverage machines, ice makers, and fuel dispensers, playing a key part in maintaining store efficiency and customer convenience.

Primary Duties

• Address service requests involving minor repairs on various in-store equipment including food and beverage machines, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
• Oversee and manage orders concerning plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Maintain parts inventory and prepare daily reports to support operational efficiency.
• Engage in additional duties such as training entry-level technicians, prioritizing work tasks, and performing basic facility maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred education includes a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum experience of 1 year in general repairs and maintenance work.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Strong leadership abilities and capability to provide peer technical support.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage extended assignments.
• Demonstrates ownership of facility maintenance and good time management.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $32.00 depending on experience and performance. Compensation details are subject to change and contingent on company policies and applicable laws.
