Role Overview

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team immediately in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining store operations by ensuring equipment like beverage machines, ice makers, and fuel dispensers are functioning optimally. You will also address plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep issues, contribute to parts inventory management, and assist with daily reporting. Additionally, you will provide guidance to other technicians and support basic structural maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Address service requests involving minor repairs across various in-store equipment.
• Manage orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain parts inventory and prepare daily reports to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train Level I technicians and prioritize maintenance work activities.
• Perform basic maintenance on store structures and facilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in general repair and maintenance.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to support peers technically.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage workload and time effectively.
• Capability to handle complex assignments and take ownership of facility maintenance.
