Multi Property Sales Coordinator - EBC

Position Overview

This role is for a Multi Property Sales Coordinator supporting the Executive Business Center (EBC) function, primarily responsible for efficient coordination and administration related to sales activities and business correspondence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update diary management systems with all relevant activities promptly and accurately.
• Manage business correspondence ensuring timely processing; prepare contracts and booking documentation to a high standard.
• Perform all administrative tasks associated with the EBC function to aid both the Director and Assistant effectively.
• Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilizing the Opera system and enquiry log data.
• Oversee the distribution and coordination of leads received via the generic EBC email account; monitor response times and track potential duplicate bookings.
• Possess a sound understanding of the market landscape to support sales activities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of information to operating departments across the properties.

This position is based on Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai, and requires onsite presence. It falls under the Sales & Marketing category and is designated as a non-management full-time role.
