Multi Property Engineering Coordinator

Overview

As a Multi Property Engineering Coordinator based in Dubai, you will act as a key liaison among various departments to manage maintenance requests, coordinate major system repairs or shutdowns, and maintain accurate purchasing documentation.

Key Duties

• Collaborate via telecommunications with different departments to address maintenance issues and manage room maintenance statuses.
• Schedule and coordinate large-scale system projects or improvements across departments.
• Maintain and organize purchase order records, ensuring alignment with payment and delivery documentation.
• Adhere strictly to company policies on safety and security, report hazards or incidents, and complete mandatory safety training.
• Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials and uphold professional appearance and confidentiality protocols.
• Deliver hospitality by welcoming guests according to company standards, responding to their needs, including assistance to individuals with disabilities, and providing thoughtful thank-you acknowledgments.
• Utilize professional communication skills in verbal and written interactions, including proper telephone etiquette and document preparation.
• Foster positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers, listen to and address employee concerns appropriately.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards through visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Physically handle objects up to 10 pounds without aid and read small print and diverse information formats.
• Operate computers and point of sale systems to access and input work-related data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications mandated.
