Job Overview
We are seeking a trained MST Security Officer to join the G4S security team. The role involves managing manpower recruitment and deployment across various sites such as building projects, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The candidate will be well-informed about industrial areas, critical shipments for clients, and current manpower sales needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit security personnel daily to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Submit daily reports to supervisors in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and operational procedures consistently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
- Operate and oversee security systems actively.
- Manage and regulate entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles on site.
- Conduct foot patrols to identify potential hazards threatening property or personnel safety.
- Monitor external parking zones to maintain vehicle security and detect unauthorized individuals.
