MSD CRM Developer with PCF

About the Role

We seek an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and related technologies. The role involves working with sales processes such as lead, account, and contact management along with policy sales lifecycles. You'll be responsible for customization and enhancements using C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript, as well as building Power Apps and leveraging PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and Power Automate.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Demonstrate strong mastery across all facets of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms.
• Hands-on involvement with Dynamics 365 Sales modules including sales process workflows, lead management, account and contact administration, as well as managing the policy sales lifecycle.
• Develop and customize functionalities using C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Build canvas apps with Power Apps and develop custom controls using PCF.
• Automate workflows efficiently with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with cloud environment tools such as Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating AI-driven sales features within Dynamics 365, including Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, lead qualification, and sales automation.
• Conversational AI exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience range: 10 to 15 years in relevant technologies and roles.
• Preferred work locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Dehradun.
• Notice period: Candidates ready to join immediately up to one month notice preferred.
