Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Radiographer to become a vital member of our expanding team across Bayside clinics including Glen Waverley, Moorabbin, Monash, Mentone, with potential shifts at Waverley Private and Linacre. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm, reporting to the Chief Technologist, with weekend work opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate advanced MRI imaging equipment while managing patient care effectively
• Deliver consistent, high-quality patient service and care
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with patients, referring doctors, colleagues, and management
• Uphold stringent quality and safety standards throughout all operations

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working as an MRI Radiographer in clinical or hospital settings
• Excellent communication capabilities focused on patient-centered care
• Strong ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and manage diverse situations in a busy clinical environment
• Relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology or Diagnostic Medical Radiography
• Current AHPRA Registration is mandatory; ASMIRT Level 1 accreditation is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range between $85,000 and $95,000 annually, based on experience, as per Enterprise Agreement.

Domestic applicants: Receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 retention bonus after two years. Those relocating within Australia are eligible for a $10,000 relocation subsidy covering flights and temporary accommodation (receipts required, non-taxable).

International candidates: Enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus a $5,000 retention bonus after two years. A comprehensive relocation package is offered including up to $20,000 for flights and personal belongings, assistance with visa sponsorship fees (receipts required, non-taxable).
