Mower Operator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mower Operator responsible for maintaining parks and grounds. Your duties will include operating ride-on mowers, push mowers, weed eating, and performing basic mechanical upkeep on equipment. Training will be provided if you are new to any of these tasks.

Candidate Profile

While experience with ride-on mowers and small plant machinery is preferred, it is not essential. We value dedication, enthusiasm for outdoor work, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a full and current driver's license with manual driving capability is required. A class 2 license is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, since work will be visible to the public.
• Good physical fitness as the role involves active work beyond just riding mowers.
• Basic computer literacy to utilize mowing schedules and safety systems.
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• A positive mindset eager to learn and develop professionally.
