Position Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and proficient Motion Graphics Designer to develop visually compelling motion content that strengthens storytelling and enhances brand communication. This role requires a combination of artistic vision, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail to maximize client impact through captivating visual experiences. Candidates should be equally adept at motion design and traditional video editing.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time role based in Pune, India, with working hours from 12pm to 8pm IST. The role involves collaboration with UK-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics primarily using Adobe After Effects.
• Create kinetic typography, logo animations, lower thirds, title sequences, explainer-style graphics, and transitions.
• Assist video editing projects using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Prepare and modify graphics for diverse formats such as 16:9, 1:1, 9:16, suitable for social media, broadcast, and web.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identities.
• Collaborate extensively with editors, producers, and creative leads based in London.
• Maintain project file organization following established workflows and naming conventions.
• Deliver high-quality projects within deadlines maintaining visual and technical standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong background in motion graphics, 2D animation, and kinetic typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Sound knowledge of video codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and delivery formats.
• Ability to analyze briefs and transform them into clear visual animations.
• Strong sense of timing, typography, composition, and narrative storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with branded content, corporate films, social media campaigns, and explainer videos.
• Basic understanding of Cinema 4D and 3D workflows is a plus.
• Previous experience working with international or remote teams.
