Job Overview
Connect Infosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and meticulous Motion Graphic Designer with 1 to 4 years of professional experience and a well-rounded portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects. This position offers the chance to work on exciting assignments, contribute to brand development, and collaborate with multiple teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and animate dynamic graphics tailored for video content to enrich the visual experience.
- Work closely with video editors to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video productions.
- Develop compelling motion graphics to enhance multimedia presentations.
- Create a variety of graphical assets such as flyers, posters, logos, brochures, business cards, ad banners, and covers.
- Design engaging social media graphics and ensure consistent branding and appeal across platforms.
- Adhere strictly to brand guidelines to maintain visual brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of designs with campaign objectives.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas for visual content, participate in brainstorming sessions, and offer creative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of verified experience in graphic design or motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio illustrating a broad range of graphic design, motion graphics, and video projects.
- Proficiency with 3D software tools such as Maya and Blender.
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media design trends and platform-specific needs.
- Ability to craft impactful visual solutions for videos and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting creative briefs effectively.
- High attention to detail combined with an eye for aesthetics.
