Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics & AI Video Editor to energize our brand’s presence through innovative motion graphics, video editing, and AI-powered creative solutions. The role involves producing engaging ad creatives, social media content, product animations, and brand campaign videos. Key Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics, animations, and videos for social platforms, marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding efforts.
• Edit short-form videos incorporating compelling narratives, typography, sound design, transitions, and rhythmic pacing.
• Create explainer videos, reels, promotional clips, and animated digital assets customized for platform-specific audiences.
• Collaborate extensively with Brand/Social, Growth, and Product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
• Leverage AI-based creative tools to enhance ideation, video editing, subtitles, voiceovers, visual generation, and streamline workflows.
• Continually experiment with the latest AI innovations and motion design trends to boost quality and efficiency.
• Adapt videos to different formats, aspect ratios, and platforms while ensuring top-tier production standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering polished outputs within tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized archives of project files, reusable templates, and efficient creative processes.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing roles.
• Proficient using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Practical knowledge of AI creative technologies including Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Veo, Midjourney, or comparable tools.
• Deep understanding of animation fundamentals, typography, layout, timing, and compelling visual storytelling.
• Proven track record of producing performance-driven short videos for digital marketing.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills to meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities working with marketing, brand, and product divisions.
• Curious and adaptive AI-native mindset ready to incorporate innovative AI workflows.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating motion-focused storytelling, branding, and digital campaign expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Background in crafting AI-generated videos and advanced animation concepts.
• Familiarity with sound design, visual effects, and color grading techniques.
• Exposure to fast-growing consumer internet platforms or marketplace startups.
