About MaiHRMS
MaiHRMS is a cutting-edge HRMS/HCM platform integrating AI and smart automation technologies. We seek a highly inventive and technically adept Motion Graphics & 3D Video Designer to creatively articulate software, technology, and AI concepts into captivating video content. This role emphasizes sophisticated motion design tailored for SaaS storytelling, software UI animation, 2D and 3D graphics, social media formats, and demonstration videos rather than traditional graphic design.
Role and Responsibilities
You will craft premium video materials supporting diverse functions such as marketing, sales, launches, exhibitions, social media, and advertising.
- Create short social media clips (15–60 seconds) for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts/Reels.
- Produce promotional videos spanning 30–120 seconds featuring SaaS products.
- Develop animated software demos, UI/UX presentations, feature launch showcases, and AI demonstrations.
- Design explainer videos, 2D and 3D motion graphics, and product visualizations.
- Prepare animated dashboards, exhibition displays, website hero videos, advertising creatives, sales presentations, onboarding tutorials, teaser campaigns, and logo/brand animations.
You will be responsible for sophisticated motion designs using typography, icons, illustrations, UI elements, and effects—moving beyond basic templates to create smooth, premium tech brand visuals.
Integration of professional 3D elements such as environments, devices, product models, data visualizations, 3D typography, camera work, lighting, and rendering into videos is required. While not necessarily a character animation specialist, you must easily incorporate 3D components into commercial video production.
A critical function is making software features visually engaging through animated UI components demonstrating workflows, interface interactions, mouse movements, transitions, real-product integrations, and simplified dashboards conveying complex processes.
Your portfolio ideally shows experience with SaaS, fintech, HRTech, AI platforms, or tech companies.
Video editing skills include cutting, sequencing, pacing, color correction, sound design, music and voiceover synchronization, subtitles, animated captions, visual effects, and compositing.
Conceptual workflow: from initial idea and script to storyboard, style framing, animation, sound design, and delivering polished videos.
Close collaboration with marketing, product, UI/UX, and management teams will guide choosing the best visual narratives for communications.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong command of at least one professional 3D platform such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Houdini, or Autodesk Maya.
- Familiarity with software/UI animation tools is preferred; knowledge of Figma, Rive, Spline, DaVinci Resolve, Cavalry, Lottie, and Adobe Audition is a plus.
- Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools in video, image, voice, or creative production workflows to augment design quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise combining motion design, video editing, 3D animation, UI animation, and SaaS narrative skills.
- Strong storytelling with visual timing, pacing, typography, composition, hierarchy, and brand sensibility.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to simplify complex concepts through visuals.
- Self-driven, project ownership, meeting deadlines, and adept at creative problem-solving.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating SaaS videos, UI animations, technology ads, 3D content, product explainers, social media reels, and AI-related visuals is mandatory.
- Additional preference given to candidates with experience in SaaS, tech startups, AI companies, fintech, HRTech, enterprise software, or mobile apps.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dubai, UAE. Candidates primarily focused on static graphic design, basic Canva usage, simple template editing, or social media editing without high-end motion design skills should not apply.
