About the Role

At Buzz, we are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in CR Park, South Delhi. This role involves creating captivating animations, video content, and graphic designs to support brand communication and digital marketing efforts. The position demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to tell compelling visual stories, while adhering to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce dynamic motion graphics, explainer videos, and engaging visual content aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Edit raw video footage incorporating transitions, effects, typography, and sound design to enhance content appeal.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to create static visuals such as infographics and illustrations suited for digital platforms.
• Adapt and optimize content for diverse social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to meet specific platform requirements.
• Interpret creative briefs effectively to deliver high-quality visual materials consistent with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all outputs maintain high quality, accuracy, and are delivered within project deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with 3D design tools is advantageous.
• Strong skills in storytelling, typography, animation, and visual composition.
• Good understanding of social media content trends, formats, and optimization techniques.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Media, or an equivalent qualification/experience.
• Prior work experience in an agency environment is essential.
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively, maintaining both quality and timeliness.
• Meticulous attention to detail and collaborative work approach with creative and marketing teams.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays off.
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Salary and Location

• Compensation range: ₹240000 to ₹300000 per annum.
• Work location: CR Park, South Delhi, India.
