Role Overview
We seek a talented Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can animate static UI/UX designs into captivating motion visuals, expertly edit diverse video content, and apply AI-enhanced tools to improve creative workflows. The role involves generating engaging visual assets, explanatory videos, and dynamic promotional content to elevate user engagement across landing pages and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop polished, fluid animations showcasing platform UI/UX features in real time.
- Edit vibrant, fast-paced videos including reels, promotional clips, and advertisements by blending screen captures, motion graphics, and audio elements.
- Create insightful motion graphic explainer videos that simplify complex features into clear, digestible narratives.
- Leverage AI-based tools for asset creation, voiceover production, and editing automation to boost efficiency and uphold excellence.
- Design lightweight animated web assets like Lottie files and GIFs to enhance conversion rates on landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and content teams to storyboard and deliver visual campaigns from concept through completion.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing, ideally within SaaS, technology startups, or digital product environments.
- Proficient with Adobe After Effects and Illustrator; expert-level skills in professional video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Hands-on familiarity with current AI video and design tools (like Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, or Adobe Creative Cloud’s AI features) to elevate productivity.
- Demonstrable portfolio or showreel highlighting smooth software interface animations and skilled video editing in pacing and transitions.
- Strong attention to animation timing, easing, and narrative construction.
