Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Motion Graphic Designer will be tasked with producing high-caliber motion graphics and animated videos for various digital platforms. This role involves transforming creative ideas into captivating visual content by leveraging advanced motion design tools, including AI features, while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects designed especially for digital media such as videos and social networks.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to ideate and develop concepts for projects centered around motion design.
• Convert static graphic designs into fluid and dynamic animations to provide a seamless visual journey.
• Edit videos by incorporating motion graphics, transitions, and special effects to enhance the overall video quality.
• Utilize strong typography understanding to craft appealing text animations and graphic overlays.
• Employ industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Apply foundational skills in Blender and demonstrate familiarity with AI-powered motion design tools.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to grasp creative needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Perform thorough quality assessments to confirm that outputs comply with project details, branding conventions, and industry benchmarks.
• Keep abreast of evolving trends, tools, and technologies within motion design to introduce innovative ideas.
• Operate efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced working environment while consistently meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in motion graphics and video editing is required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in animation, motion graphics, and video production.
• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration capabilities.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI applications in motion design.

Working Days

The position includes a five-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off.
