Role Overview
We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer passionate about crafting compelling narratives through the fusion of creativity, animation, and artificial intelligence. We value skill, originality, and execution over the number of years worked. Exceptional freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop premium motion graphics and animations for diverse platforms including social media, digital campaigns, events, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Produce promotional content such as explainer videos, event teasers, product launch videos, and corporate presentations.
- Convert static designs into vibrant motion content that captivates audiences.
- Leverage AI-based tools to enhance ideation, design processes, image creation, video production, and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to craft impactful campaign concepts.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, animation styles, and emerging AI-driven creative tools.
Required Tools & Technologies
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- AI Creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Hailuo AI, and Higgsfield AI (any combination preferred)
Desired Qualifications (Bonus)
- Fundamental knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D
- Skills in video editing, sound design, and color grading
- Experience in crafting prompts for AI tools
- Content creation experience tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta advertising platforms
