Company Overview and Role

Shine Wizards is seeking a skilled and adaptable Videographer & Graphic Designer based in Secunderabad, LB Nagar, or Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. This full-time or part-time position involves close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to produce compelling visual content for digital campaigns and promotional events.

Core Responsibilities

• Capture and produce video content from site visits, events, and customer interactions using professional camera and mobile devices.
• Edit short videos, reels, and YouTube clips by integrating music, graphics, subtitles, voiceovers, transitions, and visual effects tailored to social media platforms.
• Design visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Leverage AI-powered design and content creation tools to develop creative concepts, visuals, backgrounds, mockups, ads, and marketing campaign ideas.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance content production quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with marketing, sales, and management teams to translate requirements into creative visual solutions.
• Travel locally from time to time to cover shoots, site visits, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Practical experience with videography and video editing.
• Familiarity and hands-on proficiency with AI design and content tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Canva AI, Runway, Kling, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to create attractive and consistent designs aligned with company branding.
• Good communication skills and teamwork aptitude to collaborate with various teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography and graphic design capabilities is highly desirable; formal design qualifications are not mandatory.

Work Environment and Additional Details

• Opportunity to work both in-office and in the field during events, shoots, and site visits.
