About the Role

The Agenda, based in Dubai Media City, UAE, is seeking a talented and meticulous Graphic Designer specialized in Motion Graphics to enhance our creative team. This full-time position requires a creative individual capable of producing captivating visuals and high-quality animated content across various digital platforms, marketing initiatives, events, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Design and animate motion graphics for promotional activities and digital marketing platforms.
• Generate innovative creative concepts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to transform briefs into effective visual communications.
• Adapt creative outputs to accommodate multiple formats, platforms, and campaign needs.
• Manage various projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent quality and detail orientation.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated graphic design and motion graphics experience.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout design, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Experience producing animated content tailored for social media and digital marketing.
• A comprehensive portfolio evidencing both static visuals and motion graphic projects.
• Effective communication capabilities, creativity, and proficiency in meeting deadlines.
