Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Motion Graphic Designers to become integral members of our creative teams in Vadodara, Gujarat. This full-time role involves producing visually captivating motion graphics and animations that align with our brand’s identity across various media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse teams such as marketing, creative, and product groups to craft innovative motion graphics reflecting brand goals.
- Create and deliver top-tier animations and motion visual content for social media channels including Instagram Reels, YouTube, websites, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain design uniformity and uphold quality messaging by following established brand aesthetics and guidelines.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and creative approaches, pushing the limits of motion design innovation.
- Handle several projects simultaneously with a balance between creative quality and strict timeline management.
- Design motion graphics for advertising materials including banners, posters, social media posts, and short video formats.
- Engage actively in brainstorming sessions to contribute inventive ideas that enhance campaign impact.
- Produce engaging video elements such as explainer videos, product highlights, GIFs, and transitions suited for multiple platforms.
- Optimize design outputs to perform well across various devices while sustaining superior visual standards.
- Keep an updated portfolio that showcases your creative capabilities, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Animation, Digital Arts, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, VFX, or an equivalent level of professional experience in related fields. A minimum of three years of practical experience in graphic design, video production, and animation is expected, although fresher candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work are also encouraged to apply.
