About the Role

We seek a Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a robust creative foundation and practical experience utilizing AI throughout the creative process. This role blends motion graphics, video editing, storytelling, and the employment of cutting-edge AI technologies to produce captivating, premium content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging motion graphics, animations, and video materials for digital platforms.
• Manage video editing from initial concept to final delivery, maintaining excellent creative standards.
• Employ AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, and emerging tools to enhance ideation, scripting, voiceovers, editing, and content creation.
• Test and experiment with the latest AI innovations, seeking ways to optimize and streamline creative production workflows.
• Create AI-enhanced concepts, scripts, storyboards, visuals, and videos.
• Work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and cross-department teams to realize ideas.
• Contribute to developing best practices for blending AI into video and motion design workflows.
• Serve as an AI consultant and instructor, supporting team members in adopting AI tools effectively.
• Keep abreast of AI trends and tools, infusing fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Motion Design, Video Editing, or related creative fields.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating competence in motion graphics, video editing, animation, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Practical experience using AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, and other generative AI platforms.
• Proven ability to incorporate AI into creative workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Experience in coaching or guiding others in using AI applications is highly valued.
• Curious mindset with a passion for exploring and adopting emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
