Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Motion Graphic Designer to work remotely, creating compelling motion graphics and visual assets for digital products, marketing initiatives, product demonstrations, and explainer videos. This role requires designing motion sequences, animating graphics and typography, and producing video content that communicates complex deeptech topics clearly and engagingly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering is essential to craft visual storytelling, optimize content per platform requirements, and uphold consistent brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and visual sequences for varied digital formats.
• Produce video content involving editing, compositing, and integrating basic sound elements.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate concepts into visual narratives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and optimize assets for multiple platforms.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to enhance visual strategies and workflows.
• Manage project timelines, meeting deadlines with attention to detail and quality.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficient in motion design and motion graphics tailored for digital storytelling and video.
• Experienced in video production techniques including editing, compositing, and sound basics.
• Skilled in graphic design to create production-ready graphics in diverse formats.
• Fluent with industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Portfolio evidencing relevant motion design, animation, and graphic design projects, preferably in tech or innovation sectors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in remote, cross-disciplinary groups.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management to juggle multiple projects under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in AI, deeptech, or cognitive infrastructure fields considered a plus.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Initial remuneration of ₹10,000 monthly for the first three months.
• Subsequent salary reviews based on performance, consistency, work quality, and contribution.
• Potential for improved compensation and greater responsibilities following successful evaluation.
• Work schedule: 7 hours daily, 5 days per week, flexible timing agreed prior to joining.
• This position is fully remote; employees must maintain a productive work environment and reliable internet connectivity.
• Employees are expected to fulfill all tasks, communications, and deadlines remotely while maintaining professional conduct.
• Confidentiality of company and client information is mandatory.

Additional Terms

• Continuation after the initial 3 months depends on performance and mutual agreement.
• Performance assessments will consider quality, productivity, communication, reliability, and adherence to deadlines.
