Role Overview

As a Motion Designer (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in animating our brand, products, and mission through powerful visual storytelling. Collaborating tightly with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Creative teams, your assignment is to craft captivating motion graphics and videos that educate, inspire, and engage audiences across various digital platforms.

Your core responsibilities will focus on producing superior motion assets that boost brand presence, aid customer acquisition, and elevate user experience within our marketing and product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate dynamic motion graphics and videos for paid and organic social media, website, CRM initiatives, and product communications.
• Transform complex dermatology and healthcare information into clear, appealing visual narratives that build trust and resonate with target audiences.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to ideate and realize creative concepts for impactful campaigns through animated design.
• Support video production by editing and optimizing content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and messaging excellence.
• Employ performance data and audience insights to continuously test and enhance creative materials for better campaign results.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including designers, marketers, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative projects on schedule and at scale.

Required Qualifications

• Between 2 to 4 years’ proven experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role within fast-paced digital environments.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, notably After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, supported by a strong portfolio displaying motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and creating creative content designed to perform well on social media and paid ads.
• Meticulous attention to detail and competence in managing multiple assignments while upholding high creative standards.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
