Motion Designer

About The Role

Think Design Collaborative, based in Delhi, India, is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join their creative team onsite. The role involves designing, animating and enhancing motion graphics to produce visually captivating content for digital channels, social media, broadcast, and marketing campaigns.

Key Duties

• Create high-quality motion graphics tailored for different platforms such as web, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with colleagues to brainstorm and deliver inspiring visual concepts.
• Develop animation assets including typography, logos, and other graphic components.
• Ensure visual consistency in style, colors, and design across projects while customizing according to client requirements.
• Refine and edit animation sequences incorporating feedback from team members and clients.
• Effectively manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in motion design and animation to deliver fresh and relevant work.

Candidate Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience specializing in motion graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of animation principles and visual design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively and receive constructive criticism positively.
• Keen attention to detail and creative flair for producing engaging content.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• A portfolio showcasing exemplary motion graphic work must be presented.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with 3D design applications like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Basic knowledge of video editing techniques.
• Understanding of sound design integration within motion graphics.
