About the Role

Vertu Ford Wigan is expanding and seeking a dedicated full-time MOT Tester to join their team due to increasing service demand. The role offers a salary between £29,840 and £36,200, complemented by an excellent suite of company benefits and a £4,000 sign-on bonus split into two payments: £2,000 upon joining and £2,000 after 13 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MOT testing according to DVSA requirements
• Carry out routine maintenance and vehicle servicing tasks
• Conduct visual inspections to assess vehicle condition
• Respond to customer inquiries clearly and courteously
• Assist the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality service delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a qualified MOT Tester holding a valid UK MOT license
• Possess a full UK driving licence
• Exhibit a meticulous and reliable work ethic
• Previous experience within an independent garage, fast-fit centre, or main dealership environment is required
