Job description
Overview
PRIMIS Mortgage Network seeks a seasoned Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join a successful independent mortgage advisory business operating in Newcastle and Gateshead. This firm is an Appointed Representative (AR) under the PRIMIS network, which is part of LSL Property Services plc, the UK's largest Mortgage and Protection Network with around 3000 advisers in about 1000 broker businesses.
The role benefits from strong business driven by affiliated estate agencies known for their focus on financial services. This position offers a professional, collegial environment with no micromanagement and flexible working arrangements including office-based and hybrid setups.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience and negotiable, typically around a333,000 annually, with commission potential leading to an on-target earnings (OTE) exceeding a365,000.
