Role Description

The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of clients from initial consultation to mortgage drawdown. This position involves offering tailored and compliant advice on mortgage products, cultivating durable relationships founded on trust, and ensuring outstanding client service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of mortgage clients, guiding them through every stage from first engagement to completion.
• Deliver transparent, compliant mortgage advice tailored to each client's unique financial situation.
• Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate effectively with lenders, solicitors, and various stakeholders to facilitate seamless application processes.
• Stay informed on the latest mortgage market trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification or actively pursuing this qualification.
• Demonstrable success in mortgage sales or brokerage.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong client relationship building capabilities.
• Self-driven individual capable of independently managing their sales pipeline.
