Role Overview
This full-time, fully remote position is ideal for an experienced administrator seeking increased flexibility. The primary duties involve processing mortgage applications by collecting and validating paperwork and maintaining precise records within internal systems. The Mortgage Administrator will liaise with clients, lenders, and colleagues to provide updates, clarify documentation requirements, and facilitate smooth progress for each mortgage application.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and manage communication with lenders and internal teams.
- Prepare, review, and verify mortgage-related paperwork with great attention to detail.
- Track application timelines to ensure timely progression.
- Support financial advisors through administrative assistance related to mortgages and associated products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data protection policies, and internal quality controls.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of the Finance and Financial Services sector, ideally with experience in mortgages or similar products.
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders; prior experience working with Brokers Ireland is advantageous.
- Exceptional accuracy in documentation alongside excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in office software applications and experienced with CRM or equivalent systems.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple concurrent cases.
- Dedicated to ethical behavior, ensuring client confidentiality, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
