Montessori Teacher

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will hold Montessori teacher training or certification, with a preference for graduates or diploma holders in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or related areas. Experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children is valued.

Key Duties

• Design and deliver age-appropriate Montessori activities tailored to support various developmental skills including fine and gross motor, sensory, language, cognitive, and social abilities.
• Promote children9s growth in independence, concentration, communication, and practical life skills.
• Monitor and document individual progress for each child to ensure continual development.
• Establish and maintain a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain Montessori teaching materials and ensure the classroom is organized effectively.
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents regarding their child9s progress and milestones.

Required Qualifications and Traits

• Montessori teacher training or certification is preferred.
• Graduate or diploma in related fields such as Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or Education is advantageous.
• Prior experience working with toddlers or preschool children is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills alongside keen observation abilities.
• A patient, warm, responsible, and nurturing personality inclined towards child-friendly teaching.
